The Professional Programme of the EuroPharm Forum reflects WHO priorities and seeks to involve pharmacists in the WHO efforts to improve patient care and chronic disease management, and support health promotion and well-being through lifestyle counselling services.

The focus of the EuroPharm Forum Professional Practice Domains has been identified by the General Assembly of the Forum. For each domain, a professional moderator has been appointed. Below is a list of domains and moderators.

Each moderator runs his or her own site on this Observatory. It is the Moderator who decides the issues for discussion and who summarises relevant information for the visitors. The discussions on this site are open to all, and you are most welcome to contribute to any of the domains.

For each domain, members of the EuroPharm Forum have appointed members. These members represent their countries and have a speciel interest in the domains. A closed site, only for Working Group Members, is the laboratory where protocols, reports, etc. are developed. When finalised, these materials will eventually be posted in this Obsevatory.
